Summary: Clean, great staff, large room, very beautiful bldg. My only 2 things that could do with improvement; - The room has no compendium or instructions for anything. I didnt know what services were available, food or anything. - The restaurant staff definitely need training in service. They have no idea about being attentive and communication. That said I would still stay there again.

Summary: Just love the resort feeling of staying there! Staff is very accommodating and friendly! Excellent customer service! Food at Eagle's Nest was also delicious! Our second time staying there and definitely not the last!

Summary: Staff are very friendly the facility is very clean except the bathroom tub is very sunken low that it’s very difficult to get out after taking a shower
